This is a incompatibility with the 'EditorExtensions' (https://mods.factorio.com/mod/EditorExtensions) mod!

The 'Super locomotive' from Editor Extensions should be hidden if the player is not on cheat mode!

That locomotive is hidden by the mod and not by the game itself. Which means I have hardcode the hiding.
I look into it at a later time.

Since the recipe requires the item, the motor car cannot be aquired in "normal" mode.
