after disable it the game no longer crash.

thanks, fixed in 1.0.3, apologies for my tone since you couldn't have known i needed that bit of information to test/debug the mod to work with that.

updated the mod and now it crashes.

edit: added this mod https://mods.factorio.com/mod/ic-more-qualities. works without it

wow how the hell, do you have like a mod that adds a hundred qualities?

weird that this shows up only when updating this mod tho, or did you also install/update a mod that does insane quality stuff? if anything this should have crashed when you first installed this mod

yes I added this mod the same time I updated but forgot that I added it till I made the post. my bad

i suppose i'll need to rebalance the math behind my mod, the exponential growth becomes too insane with mods add new quality levels, suggestions?

A new config option to limit the recipe max output seems ok.

With the Infinite Quality Tiers mod, I get the this error:

more like "impossible" to fix, im already bundling the different quality's lines in batches of 200 characters, i'll probably just have to disable or cut it off when someone has an obnoxious amount of qualitys installed

compatibility added, it'll not crash on load by just discarding what won't fit in the description, and values above 2^31 get clamped, which means past exuberant this mod will return the same (if you use the default multiplier math)
