Please exclude Miniloaders from https://mods.factorio.com/mod/miniloader-redux. Looks like the mod upgrading them causes them to create a second invisible entity that can't be removed.

Just for completeness, this is now fixed.

Unfortunately the fix will automatically remove the corrupted mini loaders from the save, as well as avoiding upgrading them in the future.

Part of the bugfixing process helped me identify a generic approach to handling entities that shouldn't be touched or upgraded in the future, so mod compatibility should improve once I can implement that.
