  Features:
    - New startup setting "Beacon boosts": allow = beacons may speed the condenser up but cost extra
      power, ignore = beacons have no effect at all, disable = the condenser pauses while boosted.
    - New startup setting "Beacon power multiplier": scales that extra power, 0 = only the vanilla
      cost the beacon's own modules already apply.
  Bugfixes:
    - Fixed the condenser going to sleep and doing nothing next to a speed beacon.
    - Fixed beacons' speed modules lowering the condenser's quality.
    - Fixed beacons that do carry quality (like the beacon-interface one) no longer boosting the
      condenser's upgrade chance.
    - Fixed the condenser being disabled by mods that limit how many beacons may reach a machine
      (e.g. Beacon Rebalance 2's overload rule), which counted the hidden beacon the condenser used
      to place on itself, so a single real beacon already looked like two.
  Info:
    - A blocked condenser shows the "Blocked: beacon boost" status. Startup settings need a restart.
    - A condenser showing "No quality: needs quality modules" has no quality source at all, note that
      a vanilla beacon cannot carry quality, only the beacon-interface one can.
