Fluids are stuck sometimes especialy on fluid miners. Forexample you have acetylen 200k acetylen in stock - everything is flowing fine. When all acetylen is spend miners stop working even if new suply come to station - new fluid isnt flowing. Some times fluid stuck between 2 100k py tanks. Don't have mods that modify fluids expet Py suite.
