The filter inserters start picking items before the filtering is set. Thus the players have to clean up the belts if the items picked are not the desired items (which is often the case given the number of frequency of by-products).
Not sure if this is meant as a feature. If it is, could you provide the option in settings so players can choose if they want to activate this feature or not?
