Nothing works when updating to new version. Tried starting over even, now all my Py mods are red, checked dependencies and all are there.

Latest updates needs base version 1.1.78

I guess this needs a little more explaination...

1. Open Steam Librabry
2. Right Click Factorio -> properties
3. Register "Beta"
4. In the drop down use:
   "1.1.78 - Factorio Experimental 1.1.78"
   OR
   "1.1.x - Latest 1.1 Experimental (1.1.78)"

It think its obvious, in both cases you will get 1.1.78 but if you use the second option "1.1.x - Latest 1.1 Experimental (1.1.78)" the base game gets always automatically updated to the latest experimental branch.

Oh man good to know. That was extremely upsetting lol. Yes, everything is working now. Still, what a headache.
