As the title says, if you copy/paste or create a Fish Turbine using a blueprint, the new turbine created will lack the actual turbine itself and only have the base. This is visual only I believe, I think it still properly gives power, but it kind of wrecks the visual of the turbine.

Update: There is a way to blueprint wind turbines. If you blueprint a ghost you place by hand, or using the ghost replace function on a placed broken blueprint and then copying that, will both make valid blueprints.
