On Factorio 2.1.9 with Promethium is Quality 1.0.1 and Corrundum 1.0.47 (https://mods.factorio.com/mod/corrundum), I get the following error on startup:
Failed to load mods: promethium-quality/data-updates.lua:24: attempt to index local 'item' (a nil value)

All other mods are disabled, with Space Age and all of its dependencies enabled. Disabling either Corrundum or Promethium is Quality prevents the issue.
On further investigation, it also seems to occur with Apia-Carnova planet system (https://mods.factorio.com/mod/apia), Planet Linox (https://mods.factorio.com/mod/linox), Secretas&Frozeta (https://mods.factorio.com/mod/secretas), and probably some others.
It is compatible with some Planet mods, however. At least Paracelsin, Rubia, Vesta, Rabbasca, Maraxsis, and Moshine work fine.
