When using this mod alongside Squeak Through 2 plasma pumps don't work for pumping from plasma duct to plasma duct or plasma duct to plasma wagon.
I did a bit of testing and adding plasma ducts and pumps to squeak throughs blacklist in the startup setting seems to have fixed it.
Presumably using squeak_behaviour = false in your mod will accomplish the same thing if you want to do built-in compatability but I did not test that far.
