g [Thanks] Cool Idea

Mad idea, I've been looking for a vanilla+ feel to the beacon as it doesn't have a natural upgrade. Though I must say this looks very very overpowered. Should the recipe require a beacon(s) for a more vanilla vibe?

Could be more balanced if machines could only be affected by one plasma beacon at a time?
Also could no plasma ducts so that you would have to have a fusion reactor directly plugged in for it to work.

Just my "how can you make this more balanced" itch

In practice, a machine is effectively boosted by just one beacon. That’s because a second beacon only provides 20% more than the first, and a third just 5.6%. So it’s only worth setting up one beacon per machine. In return, it has a long range that allows it to boost multiple machines at once.

You can also connect the beacon directly to a fusion reactor, without any ducts at all. You’re probably thinking that the ducts could be an optional dependency? Definitely. I’ll implement that in the next update.

I can also include vanilla beacons as a recipe ingredient.

Yeah cool just my thoughts :) you do you! but i like the idea of a late game beacon a lot so long as it doesn't break the late game and makes you have to redesign your base to accommodate the new technology

Both implemented in version 1.0.2. Thanks for the suggestions.

Just gonna pile on and say very cool mod! The kitbash is lovely and making it actually emit fluoroketone is well executed.
Linking to this mod from my plasma mods!
