I've reached the open level (5), unlocked the Vulcanus and Fulgora research with crystals and droids, found and killed the Arachnid Boss and the Demolisher, and opened a significant area around these POIs. I can't figure out how to get out of the planet. Building rocket silo on the planet is disabled, I also tried to find an abandoned one, but without luck either. What am I missing?
