g How does the droid work?

I was expecting it to work like the droid from a mod that added these ojbectives and bosses and such to unlock oil and advanced stuff.

But it clearly does not work like that, I have claimed both of the planetary gems, the damaged lab and got the silos but nothing happens.
No droid comes out, if there is meant to be a gui to repair the lab, then it just does not appear.

Is this a softlock or am I missunderstanding the objective? Do I need to connect those points with robot networks?

Also the broken lab is like... An enemy building. At least partially, it absorbs my bullets but doesn't break.

craft the droid on the machine, take and place it on the ground, just like building things.. they will start their work

Yeah but the machine gui is not opening. Like I approach it, hover my mouse over it and nothing

It's like always red like it is out of range, but I am standing right on top of it, actually even flying over it with a jetpack, it still is red and still does not work

Also when I check factoriopedia, there is no drone. So it seems like the recipe just does not exist for me. Yeah even map editor and entities does not display an item called "droid"

Eh, I just found the machine, it instantly put itself on the map. Just now have to try and do this without cheating

It seems like the building DID not spawn for me. There is no droid fabricator, only a damaged lab... Which means that it just didn't spawn in.

So uh. Thank god I have multiple other planets cause I am softlocked behind the droid builder machine unless I want this savefile to be cheated.

Additionally for a simple reason of some people having more complex maps, I'd really recommend having this planetary block be an optional setting.

On my modpack that has changes the solar system to have nauvis only connect to vulcanus and fulgora, a nauvis start would simply be impossible.
(Thankfully I did an aquilo start) but I'm sure I'm not the only person with this issue

This is a WIP early stage project.. crashes and bugs are expected. Things about planets are written in the front page. And I left a command for those who need to remove the mod.. I have no intend to make this compatible with all planets system around, not even for those who want to start playing on other planets instead of normal nauvis, that would be totally incompatible with the idea of this wave defense mod...
