Changes:
- Updated to Factorio 2.1
- Improved undo system where pre-existing pipes were changed
- Drawing into a machine fluid port opens the pipe toward that port again.
- Starting a stroke on a machine fluid port opens the pipe toward that port.
- Anchoring that port tile keeps the connection.
- A bend on the far side of an obstacle is the underground resurface.
- Removing a resurface no longer places a pipe on the destination building.
