Once micromario has a chance to fix the issues I had in the thread below yours your issues should also be fixed.
If your good at LUA, I have some info there that might help you in the meantime.

None of the materials for cliff explosives are disabled in vanilla

I synced mods but I still don't see how cliff explosives are uncraftable

their recipe calls for barrels, explosives, and grenades. all of these are researchable and craftable

the prototypes should be correct but I think the old technologies are still stuck in your savegame

try to use the command
/c game.forces.player.reset_technologies()

I can not throw cliff explosices nor can my construction bots use them.
Also i can not use a deconstruction planner to delete clifs - only if i place a ghost on a cliff it is marked to be deleted.

My construction drones can use cliff explosives though?

Is there any debug or logs i can capture to see if this is caused by peaceful+ ?
