this is a patch for the notnotmelon's mod Planet Maraxsis to be used with https://mods.factorio.com/mod/infinite-quality-tiers

all this does is change is the quality for the hydro plant

Default is 50% quality and works just fine
but wen you also add in Infinite Quality Tiers by notnotmelon (yes the same person that made Planet Maraxsis)
the hydro plant gets 100% quality and that a bit of a problem....

so this has 1 line changed to fix it and make it 50% again

i do not know why Infinite Quality Tiers 2x the hyrdoplant in Planet Maraxsis mod i cant find it whats wrong im also not a dev (i'm an idiot wen it comes to coding)

im gone delete this once it is fixed in the main mod
