This mod adds a chest named "Magic Science Chest" that automatically
refills with all researched and produced science packs.

This is obviously a cheat.

To make it a bit less of a cheat, each force is require to manufacture a set number (default 100) of each science pack before it is unlocked. This looks at the input item statistics. This utilizes customized InfinityChests.
So, you still need to produce several of each science pack.
