And please make a sticker-permanent_combinator.

I dont think that I myself will realize this. But if you have found out how to do it (lua script) then please share your thoughts/script so that I can check if I integrate it into the code.

Please tell me more about the background of your ideas. WHY are those features helpful? Describe an example situation please.

1 case: cart carries iron AND copper (+ AND x AND y AND ... ... ... z)
1 case: cart carries iron OR copper (+ OR x OR y OR ... ... ... z)
I also have a case when I want to save space, but I need to put another constant combinator.
cart is on unloading. On the one hand, the mini loader, on the other hand, a constant combinator connected to a comparing combinator, which commands a red signal (stop) until the cart trunk is empty. Next, I need to put a label in the trunk of the cart, signaling to the router at the intersection that the cart is going to the loading area of the raw materials for which it is assigned, but to issue this label, you need to put another permanent combinator. (in my system, each cart also always has a production label, for which it is assigned, if you this is interesting).

I would like to have a way to subtly control the movement of carts, but without occupying the cell next to the arrow. I'm studying to be a programmer, but I don't know anything about modding, so I have no suggestions in terms of code.

There is a new tile called "filter path" now (pink arrow). It lets the logicart turn if its inventory filters at least partially match any subsequent chest inventory filter.

It would be great to just make a combinator tile that could be connected to a logic network.

It's absolutely not clear how the pink tiles work. The description doesn't tell me anything.

And how to install a filter in a regular non-logical chest?

I recommend my modpack https://mods.factorio.com/mod/schmitts-modpack Then you also have better copy paste options for the logicart slot filter, logicart Labels and so on.

Thats already possible. Check out the logicart wiki https://gitlab.com/aerosuidae/logicarts/wikis/home

I mean a paint/sticker-constant_combinator that works both as a tile and as a constant combinator at the same time, so as not to look for a place for a vanilla combinator nearby. If this is in the game, it will be possible to make more compact classic intersections for routing cart flows.

How do you intersections look today? Can you provide a screenshot?
