Filter Chests

Adds filter support to all chests (including logistic, linked, and all modded chests). Optionally adds separate filter chest items craftable from their corresponding regular chest, or adds a toggle button to switch between filter and non-filter chests.

Uses a new modding feature added in 1.1.62 that allows chests to be filterable.

Choose between four modes

Modify all chests: Changes all chests to support filters. (Default)
Add single chest: Adds a single filter chest with a unique recipe.
Add all chests: Adds all filter chests as separate items craftable from their corresponding chest.
Toggle filter support: Filter support can be toggled on and off with F. (Filter chests cannot be blueprinted).

Changing modes midgame

From Modify all chests: all chests will lose their set filters
To Modify all chests: all placed filter chests and filter chest items will disappear
To Add single chest: all placed non-steel filter chests and items will disappear
