i have an issue with belt stacking, dea dia mod adds one additional belt stacking upgrade and Vesta adds another, but stack loader only displays 4 possible belt stacking upgrade instead of 6, i tryed to write there manually 6, and than pickup those items, but there still will be stacks of 4, just in case i use option - separate tech for staking loader
This actually has to do with the two mods you pointed out. While the may increase the the belt stacking modifier, they do not allow the belts to carry more than a stack size of 4. The mines, stack inserters, recyclers are all limited to placing a maximum of 4 items in a stack on belts still. If a mod wants to increase the stack size allowed on belts, they need to modify utility_constants.max_belt_stack_size(https://lua-api.factorio.com/latest/prototypes/UtilityConstants.html#max_belt_stack_size).
for some reason stack inserters was placing 5 items on belt, but than i found one opt about loaders in secretas&frozeta(another one mod i added) and it made loaders place 5 too, but i think i found where the problem is, i take ur comment to dea dia dev's cos i think thats problem on their side, btw thanks for your comments
Hi, now stack inserters load exacly 6 on belt, but loader still can laod only 5 on belt
