This mod was averaging 11.36 when I did a UPS check/diagnostic, which I performed due to UPS dropping quite early game.

Miles better. Averaging about 0.005. The prerequisite battleship mod is still 0.5 - 1.5, so still a higher drop then anything else I have installed, but it's far more tolerable now. Seeing UPS at high 50s vs low 40s.
