    - Every prototype and setting this mod defines is now namespaced under lhe-, so the mod can be enabled alongside vulcanus-lava-power.
    - The heating tower is renamed to Filtered Lava Heating Tower to tell it apart from the upstream Lava Heating Tower.
    - Upgrade warning: because the prototypes were renamed, a world saved with 1.0.0 loses every placed Lava Heating Tower entity, and the startup setting values chosen under 1.0.0 fall back to the new defaults; the old prototype and setting names no longer exist, so nothing carries over.

    - Replaced the "! vulcanus-lava-power" incompatibility with a "? vulcanus-lava-power" optional dependency, which pins load order without blocking the other mod.
