A fork of Vulcanus Lava Power

Upstream adds a Lava Heating Tower, a tungsten carbide heating tower variant that
burns lava as fluid fuel, and changes acid neutralisation to produce 125 degree
steam. This fork keeps all of that and puts a processing step in front of it.

Lava sluicing is a new foundry recipe under Metallurgy: 500 raw lava becomes
240 filtered lava and 30 stone in 4 seconds, unlocked by Tungsten carbide. The
Lava Heating Tower now burns filtered lava rather than raw lava, so lava has to
be refined before it is fuel, and the stone byproduct gives the process a second
output worth building around.

Two startup settings control the recipe:

• Sluicing filtered lava output, filtered lava produced per craft.
• Sluicing stone output, stone produced per craft. Set it to 0 to remove the
  byproduct entirely.

This mod cannot be enabled alongside the original. It keeps upstream's
internal prototype names, so info.json declares an incompatibility and Factorio
will refuse to load both. Pick one.

This fork exists because the upstream maintainer preferred a different approach
to the same problem. All credit for the Lava Heating Tower and the original mod
