Adds a special turret that takes land mines as ammo and shoots them at the place where other land mines have died. The goal is to make it so that construction robots don't have to wade into the thick of battle to replace them, so land mines also don't leave ghosts. While based off the artillery turret, since it doesn't function as an artillery turret it's unlocked much earlier.
Should automatically detect modded land mines and add them as ammo for the turret to use.
Range visualization doesn't scale with turret range upgrades. This is unfortunately outside my control.
