Adds a launcher for each type of land mine, even if it is modded. Automatically replaces mines nearby when they die. A Mine only calls for replacement when no enemy is nearby (10 tile radius scan) if it detects an enemy it waits until it is clear to replace it. Also a flair remote for every mine type is added to place new mines in launcher reach remotely.
