Use traces of phosphorus in vacuum chambers, a precursor to nanotechnology, to manufacture silicon circuits. Upgrade your industrial processes after researching boron doping and electron beams. Use phosphate to synthesize and feed new life.

Concentrated sources of phosphorus are hard to find. Fortunately, your factory only needs small amounts initially. As the factory expands, you will need to supplement the limited ore supply with phosphate recovered from limestone, industrial waste, and biological waste.

For Nullius players: This mod should be played as a new game, because it adds a new ore and modifies some of Nullius's recipes. The early game is unchanged until silicon ingot production.
