Hi! Thanks for the mod. It came in handy when I decided to play Space Exploration without Krastorio and discovered the absence of grids. Without autonomous cars with drones on other planets, it would be sad.

However, I found that not all transports from the AAI series have a grid. In particular, I found that AAI Vehicles: Hauler (https://mods.factorio.com/mod/aai-vehicles-hauler) and AAI Vehicles: Miner (https://mods.factorio.com/mod/aai-vehicles-miner) do not have a grid. I'm not sure if a grid is needed for a Miner, it should be slow and clumsy, but a Hauler grid would be very appropriate.

Thank you in advance!

I found another mod without support.

But I'm not sure he needs support. These trains are incredibly fast. I think you can leave them without grid support, so that after their invention it makes sense to use vanilla ones.

Hello, glad that you're enjoying the mod! That sounds like a really cool use case; I haven't played much of SE myself, but it sounds pretty interesting!

Added grid compatibility to AAI Vehicles Hauler, Miner, Warden, and Flame Tumbler; the only AAI Vehicle mod without a grid is the Chaingunner, since that vehicle is so early in the tech tree, and obsoleted before even having access to grids, so I can't imagine there being any reason for it having a grid. Flame Tumbler is basically a better car, so it gets the same one; Hauler and Warden are just big and bulky enough that they look like they should have grids; and I couldn't pass up having progressively better grids on the Miners, so I wanted to add those as well.

I ended up also adding grids to the Space Trains, since they just look too cool not to add them. I didn't really check where they were on the tech tree in terms of balancing, but something that looks that futuristic should probably have grids.

The chaingunner is end-game perfection as it is. A turret on wheels, it is as good as it gets. No need to tamper with diamonds.

It's turret creep with style and needs no improvement.

Thank you so much for such quick fixes. If I find some other incompatible transport, I will write. But it seems like everything I use is already equipped.
It may be worth checking out the modules that have been added to Space Exploration: which of them is reasonable to be able to add to transports.
