Summary

This mod adds the American Phalanx CIWS. It is an Anti-Air gun that only targets objects that have the 'trigger_target_mask' "air-unit".
Due to limitations in the game engine, you can't define that the turret may only attack airborne planes. That means that this turret targets the player.
It doesn't care if the player is outside of vehicles, inside a tank or inside a plane. Again, not my fault.
You can adjust the recipe costs and the volume with a multiplicator.
A mod option enables a turret version that targets all enemies!

Usage

You need to research the turret. It has a unique ammunition. It deals Anti-Air damage but normal damage as well. Oh and it does the BRRRRT.
