What's with the turning into biters thing?

A previous mod author implemented this, presumably to a lack of skill in making proper attack animations for the cats. I don't say this to throw shade - I also lack such a skill, which is why it is still in the mod. I would like to change this, but I'll probably require outside help to do it. (So please contact me if this is something you can do!)

Will you add different kinds of cats besides calico?

Hopefully! I want to, though like above, this is limited by my personal ability in this regard.
