Removing Constructron-Continued results in a similar error, which I think is related to AAI Programmable Vehicles:

  29.321 Error ModManager.cpp:1625: Error in assignID: entity with name 'vehicle-depot-base-quality-2' does not exist.

Removing AAI Programmable Vehicles results in a different error, related to Flip Dots:

  25.058 Error ModManager.cpp:1625: Error while running setup for entity prototype "small-lamp-quality-2" (lamp): next_upgrade target (switch-flip-dot-quality-2) must have the same fast_replaceable_group (switch-flip-dot != lamp).

For Constructron-Continued, I recommend adding the relevant items to the "no quality" settings.

constructron_pathing_proxy_X,constructron_pathing_proxy_Y... for all numbers in 96, 64, 32, 16, 12, 10, 8, 6, 5, 4, 2, 1

Same thing for AAI vehicles item: "vehicle-depot"

For the last one I'm not sure what to do, as the mod changes things in code where I can't control it.

For Constructron and AAI vehicles, what would be the best approach to fix this for other players? Would you accept a PR here?

Just add the relevant configurations to your configuration.

This mod is not meant to be widely compatible, but rather a 2.0-ish experience. Any compatiblities with content mod are just a lucky bonus.
