Interstellar Progression Overhaul is a chapter-structured starmap rewrite for a supported Space Age planet pack.

This portal-release build packages the fresh rewrite around five authored chapter systems:

• Solara
• Myridian
• Viridion
• Pyraxis
• Terminus

Each chapter has its own system identity, slipstream anchor, survey technology, and chapter science pack so the starmap and science ladder follow the same progression model.

Highlights:
- authored chapter-system layout inspired by Razi Protocol
- chapter science packs instead of placeholder tech-card presentation
- cleaner system lanes for starter, frontier, specialist, hazard, and finale progression
- Ribbonia held in the specialist lane
- Planetaris: Tellus integrated into the Myridian frontier lane
- Pyraxis dependency cleanup so the shipped hazard corridor matches the supported planet set
- final starmap polish for the authored-system rewrite line
