a 2nd radar that is the same as the original however this one can't be build, crafter (similar to infinite chest) but can still be obtained via infinite chest or map editor.
The 2 different functions of this are that 1st of all no need for base to power it, aka power source = void. Secondly the scanning area to be the constantl visible area. Meaning there is no need for scaning because it will constantly show everything, and each new research level will increase the size. This is purely for map editor and similar when making blueprints but at mega factory level.
