g [monitor] non-recoverable error

The mod Infinite radar (2.4.1) caused a non-recoverable error.
Please report this error to the mod author.

Error while running event infinite-radar::on_selected_entity_changed (ID 59)
infinite-radar/control.lua:395: attempt to index field '?' (a nil value)
stack traceback:
infinite-radar/control.lua:395: in function <infinite-radar/control.lua:381>

Just installed this mod and got this after researching and placing the first radar. Mod added mid-game.

Thanks for the report. I added an extra check on this in v2.4.3, please let me know if this solved the issue.

Well I was able to place it, and it seems to be working but it spit this out in the console when I placed it, and now every so often.

I am in sandbox mode and play with a mod called quantum storage, but afaik that mod, and none of the other mods I have do anything with the radar.

Hmm this is an exceptional use case, presumably caused by that you were in editor/God mode when the mod was added. I'll need some time to fix this one.

In the meanwhile, can you also send a screenshot from the error messages in the chat?

Thanks, that helped! I released v2.4.5, hopefully that fixes it. You might need to run /infiniradar_reset once.

That fixed it. I didn't need to run the command but thats probably because when I test a new mod, especially mid-game, I always make a backup and if it causes issues I load the backup and continue without the mod ever being added. Its working fine now, thank you so much. This is my first time playing sandbox mode and it's annoying having to constantly move my screen around the map edges to expand what I can see and plan ahead, and I don't want a bunch of random radar's all over the map. Is there a way to make the radar visibility increase with its scan range, you know the remote view visibility? So basically it just acts as one giant radar. I can place in the center of my base on each planet and just never worry about radar again?

Also, I forgot to say: Thank you very much. This is awesome.
