HeroTurrets


Turrets are built using salvaged self-learning AI tech from your ship allowing them to get deadlier with practice. Extends turrets via ranking system based on kills. Turrets generated so not limited to vanilla, identifiable by overlaid rank insignia. Rank buffs individual turrets.

K2 has some nice features I'm yet to check compat for but should be ok

I found a bug when my turret arrives at the sergeant rank it bugs and shoot in a vacuum.

Edit: Never mind, it works with Krastorio 2 for me. I just missed the dependency.

It seems to not work for me with Krastorio 2.
I have 4 basic turrets, of which 3 have beyond 50 kills, but they don't get ranked up.
You need to make 1 more kill then you will get you rank

Updating so the laser turrets work better.
Thanks for the kill info. I had to slowly murder some bugs to watch. The entities kill count apparently changes after the event.
