Adds Heated Refined Concrete, a heated floor that helps keep nearby machines warm on Aquilo.

Research Heated Concrete after Concrete, Heating tower, and Cryogenic plant. Then manufacture 10 tiles from 10 refined concrete, 10 heat pipes, and 10 hot fluoroketone in a fluid-capable assembly machine or cryogenic plant. It cannot be hand-crafted.

Place the tiles and connect them to a heat pipe or another heat source. The floor conducts supplied heat but does not generate heat itself. On planets with freezing, cold tiles become snow-covered and clear again as they warm, so you can see which areas are heated.
