For some reason, the plasma ducts aren't connecting to anything other than the generators; I tried connecting them to the flamethrowers, assemblers, and other items, but they won't connect. I'm using Krastorio Space Out 1.16.18.

thanks for the list, I've had complaints with no-pipe-touching in the past, could you turn that mod off and test if things change?
I'd usually conduct these tests myself but your mod list is rather large and I am preparing things for 2.1

Good morning—coincidences do happen. Yesterday I did what you asked, but since I didn't have internet access, I couldn't post here: when you disable "no-pipe-touching," your mod works without any issues.

Testing just this mod to figure out the intended gameplay mechanics... Plasma ducts only seem to connect to generators and reactors. Not sure how to proceed given the base mechanics mirror no pipe touching

I understand the confusion given I just linked you the thread instead of giving a decent error report. I apologise.
This mod only adds ducts but doesn't add connection categories to crafting machines, since there is no need.

The issue arises when using https://mods.factorio.com/mod/plasma_crafter which adds the respective connection categories to crafting machines. You could also try planet Vesta, which adds the same connectors to the cryoplant.

It seems to work in 2.1... we'll see if it reappears :)
