But Age of Production and As seen here Apia-Carnova get this issue after the update even with all the settings off.
Both of the things that have issues are bioreactors. things that turn food in to electricity

It turns out burner-generators are hard coded to not be able to take fluids.
Added generic code to convert burner-generators to generators while keeping original properties. There may be minor bugs but it works from limited testing.
