It is a known issue. Combinators and modular blueprints often mess up with multiple recipes that revolve around an item.
And I'm sorry, but despite my coding capabilities are somewhat good, I sincerely dunno how to solve this problem.

Id just copy the way that another mod like vanilla galore does it? not sure
