Yeah I'm sorry that in the rush I didn't mention this thing in the changelog.
The decision was made as many players told me coke was making confusion on coal intermediates and creating problems when recipe selection is disabled - a setting that not everyone likes, it seems.
And personally I started to use it for such a limited amount of time in the game progression that the removal also made sense to me.
