Hey, I've completed the research for the Advanced Purifying, but I can't select it in the machine because there are no recipes available.
If you mean all recipes disappeared when you completed the research, I'm sorry to tell you but it is a known bug.
I suggest you to install this mod that allows you to reload recipes and you'll be fine.
(I've also put it in the optional dependences, it is called Recipes reload.)
