Bases / worms on Nauvis and Gleba can now spawn with quality ( default 20% per dice roll, more rolls on successful level ups )
Bases / Worms chance of quality increases the further away they get ( default 1% per chunk )
Bases / worms have more health ( 3x default )
Bases / worms regen health faster ( 3x default )
Bases spawn replacement units faster ( 2x default ), this respawn is only related to when you agro units off a base how long it takes to get new ones.
Demolisher Max HP ( 3x default )
Demolisher HP Regen ( 2x default )
Demolisher attack range ( 1.5x default )
Demolisher attack cooldown ( 0.8x default )
Demolisher attack variance ( 20% - default is 0 )
