When I first tried this mod maglev trains looked really weird on regular rail, my idea is actual Maglev railway

Hi! I have the same thoughts, I would recommend using a separate rail aesthetic mod. For example check out https://mods.factorio.com/mod/concreted-rails to take away the wooden sleepers from the rails that could look nice. Alternatively, space rails from SE look perfect. Unfortunately since SE isn't open source, theres no subset mod just for those rails.
