Ore patches now spill over into the sea as submerged variants. Dredge them up with new floating hardware, and build deeper into the blue with water-placeable refined concrete.
Floating belt and inserter recycling is a bit of a separate matter; I'll likely be updating the flotation procedure later to allow recyclers to disassemble them losslessly, though with prohibitions on productivity/quality in the assembly or disassembly.
