b [Config] Causes crash on startup when using mods that adds belts

I have 2 mods that add belts and when enabling dredgeworks i get the following error that is not present when dredgeworks is not active

I tried disabling the individual mods to see if it was any of those 3 but no its either using "Ultimate Belts Space Age" and "
Advanced Furnaces 2 SpaceAgeFix" or dredgeworks

The below reported error is not present when not using dredgeworks

Please activate the "Limit floating belt generation" option in Dredgeworks startup settings and see if the issue persists.
