Even if you don't end up fixing this issue, I wanted to thank you for making this mod. In the past, I've just used water ores and brought them up to the surface with landfill, which didn't seem like too much of a unique challenge. This mod instead forces the player to choose between extracting the ore first, or letting it be lost forever, which I really like. However, I have run into a problem with my newest save.
The save I just started uses this mod, SE Ore Integration, and Krastorio, and I noticed that some of the submerged ores were giving me the wrong product. Coal and stone worked fine, but the submerged raw aluminum ore was giving me straight aluminum ore instead of the raw ore it should have been. After some testing, I determined that this problem was universal to the ores that SE Ore Integration changed; submerged raw iron ore gave regular iron ore, submerged raw lead ore gave regular lead ore, submerged raw copper ore gave regular copper ore, and submerged raw uranium ore gave regular uranium ore. Only stone, coal, and Krastorio's rare metals remained unaffected. Since initially processing these raw ores into the regular ores that are actually needed is a core part of SE Ore Integration, it seems to me that until this bug is resolved, these two mods will unfortunately be incompatible, which is a crying shame because I was really looking forward to this run.
Thank you again for your hard work; I plan on adding this mod to some different modpacks that don't use SE Ore Integration in the future, so even if this is never fixed, I'll still enjoy it.
Thank you for your time,
