Can you make stack limits configurable via startup settings or maybe even depending on size of inserter chest say 1 additional stack per quality tier?
The cloud-storage is global and not tied to chests. You can use multiple chests to upload the same item, so chest-quality can not be used. I've added some new settings to increase max stacks to the new version. It will be available in a few minutes.
