The stacking/unstacking recipes are intentionally excluded from stats - it might make sense to show how many stacked items you're making in some cases, but showing how many items you're unstacking would almost certainly just be adding noise to your real item production stats, and showing it only in one direction seems a bit confusing. Can you provide a little more detail on how it'd be useful to have them added?
