Hello!
I love cybersyn and have used it for at least a year and a half without problem, including a 600+ hour K2SE run.
Now me and a friend started a new run with the new space age expansion and in this run the train schedules consistently get messed up.
Dozens of train showing up to be filled with cargo left over from previous runs.
There are two problems which I've witnessed in real time:
Sometimes trains will arrive at a station to be unloaded, and before they can finish unloading, the train schedule is overwritten with a new one and it leaves with some or all of its cargo remaining. These same trains are happy to sit not being able to get filled up with the new cargo for hours.
Sometimes trains will arrive at a station to be loaded or unloaded, and the cargo signal from the cybersyn combinator just never appears gets outputted. This means that my multi-item provider stations just don't do anything and the train sit there not getting loaded.

These two combined mean that my train network deadlocks CONSTANTLY. Really infuriating and honestly kind of game breaking.
