I've noticed some of my provider stations with (mostly/all fluid, I think?) station priority quite often has trains that are requesting... nothing. What could be causing this? The priority is dynamic based on the amount of fluid available. For example, there's a max available fluid of 200k, and there's an arithmatic combinator that /20k and outputs as priority giving anything from 0-10.
