b Possible Incompatibility with "Better Bots Technologies (Updated) (1.3.11)"

As it says in title, I am wondering if there is a compatibility issue with "Better Bots Technologies (Updated) (1.3.11)" or perhaps it's just an issue on my end.

This occurred when I was trying to create a new game

Disabling Better Bots Technologies (Updated) (1.3.11) let me create the new game. Though that may not mean they are incompatible, as it could just be a bug from either mod
